Top 3 Gay Penguin Couples of 2020
The world has experienced some of the coldest weather ever recorded this week, and one of the readers suggested that we should keep the theme going with some info on gay dad penguins – let’s beguin!
With all this cold weather it’s only fitting that we talk about gay dad penguins; cute, cuddly and totally fabulous.
Wait a second Austin, can animals really be gay?
Yass ice kween, totally gay.
Homosexual behaviour is actually extremely common across the animal kingdom, from insects to mammals.
Penguins are a great (and super cute) example of this. On top of forming same sex relationships, they even raise families together… I mean c’mon, that’s adorable.
So here’s a shoutout to my top 3 gay penguin couples and their stories,
1. Gay Penguin Dads (Sphen and Magic) Steal Hearts As They Hatch Their Second Surrogate Egg.
Sphen and Magic, are stealing hearts again as the same-sex couple just hatched their surrogate second egg.
Their firstborn is now an adult and this second egg gives them a chance to be fathers again.

2. Gay Male King Penguins (Skipper and Ping) adopt their first egg.
Skipper and Ping, same-sex king penguins get their first shot at parenthood.
The couple has practised nursing a rock are ready for the real thing. They had taken turns protecting it between their feet and trying to hatch it.
3. Lesbian Penguin Couple (Marama and Rocky) are the Proud Parents of an Adopted Chick
Marama and Rocky, are the first lesbian couple to adopt a chick.
The duo is making history once again by raisinng what may be the world’s first “genderless” penguin chick.
The 4-month-old chick, who has yet to be named, will be the first of its kind to be characterized as male or female.
